Before you buy, the things we'd want to know.
Ringlo speaks the YCBT protocol — the protocol behind the SmartHealth and YCBT Life apps and rings like the DL110 (Actions Semiconductor ATS8266 chip) — and Colmi's QRing (BlueX) protocol, plus V-Ring / SY and SR08 / Aolon rings. The "Verified Compatible" rings are ones we wear daily and have confirmed working end-to-end for heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, sleep and steps. HRV on these rings is a trend value: the ring's hourly figure, or an estimate from heart rate when the ring reports none. No ring supports every feature in the app — skin temperature and ECG are reported by only a small minority of ring models, and not by these two. The other rings on this page are untested picks: we haven't confirmed which app they ship with, so check that it's SmartHealth or YCBT Life before you buy. The Colmi R02/R03/R06/R10 work on the QRing/Colmi Fit (BlueX) firmware — heart rate, SpO2, sleep, and steps (no blood pressure on that path).
If you bought through Amazon or AliExpress and the ring doesn't pair with Ringlo, return it through the retailer's standard return policy — both stores accept returns on most smart rings within their normal windows. Ringlo cannot guarantee compatibility for rings outside the Verified Compatible list, which is why we label them "Likely Compatible — Untested." If a Likely Compatible ring fails to pair, please email us with the listing URL and we'll add it to our incompatibility list so other users avoid it.
Because many are built on shared OEM designs, and different sellers put different brand names on the same shell. A matching look doesn't prove matching electronics, though: two rings that look identical can run different Bluetooth protocols. The app a ring ships with is the better tell.
