What is the HBand app?
HBand is one of the standard companion apps bundled with budget smart rings and fitness bands. Like other stock apps, it connects over Bluetooth and reads your heart rate, sleep, SpO2, steps, and blood-pressure estimates off the device. It covers the basics, but its design and data presentation leave a lot of owners looking for something cleaner.
Why people replace HBand
- Confusing translations. Labels and settings are frequently machine-translated, making it hard to know what a metric actually means.

Colmi R02, R03, R06, and R10 on Colmi's QRing / Colmi Fit (BlueX) firmware also work. HBand is built on Veepoo's protocol, which Ringlo doesn't read, so a ring that only works with HBand won't pair.
